The main objective of the acquired project is to develop a tool for optimizing the thermal performance of precast buildings through collaboration among V4 civil engineering experts. The research will integrate parametric design with BIM modeling and sustainability evaluation to optimize building envelope designs while also verifying the load-bearing capacity of existing structures.
