Registration form
The registration form (downloadable here) should be sent by e-mail by 28 February 2025 (or by 31 March 2025 with a higher fee) to mmconference@vsb.cz.
Conference fee
The conference fee is €300, fee for students is €220 (after 28 February 2025 fee will be €320 and fee for students will be €240, all prices are incl. VAT). Only one conference paper can be published with one conference fee.
The fee includes a registration package, proceedings, possibility of presentation of the paper (lecture or poster), refreshments during the conference meeting, conference dinner and social evening, and excursion costs.
Instructions for payment will be sent after receiving the registration form. Payment must be made by bank transfer no later than 14 April 2025.
Fees can be cancelled by 14 April 2025. The returned amount will be always reduced by bank fees! After 14 April 2025, the payment cannot be returned. However, a substitute person can be sent out.
