During this time the incoming students are shown around the university's facilities and also students get practical information (libraries, computer centres - Wi-Fi connection instructions, canteen instructions, sports facilities, transportation discount card information, etc.) by our "Buddy" students. Orientation Days are an excellent opportunity to meet other students and to adapt to everyday life in Ostrava. We strongly recommend all international students to take part in this event!
ESN VSB - TUO can help you to find a buddy – a Czech student who would make your life easier after your arrival to Ostrava. Please check the link: https://www.esnvsb.cz/find-buddy.
